By enrolling your child in an after-school sports program, you acknowledge that students in grades TK–6 are eligible to participate in the LEAP Academy after-school program offered at their school site.
Participation in the sports program does not automatically enroll your child in the LEAP Academy after-school program. If you would like your child to attend the after-school program beyond sports activities, a separate application must be completed through the LEAP Academy website.
Please note that supervision is only provided during scheduled sports program hours. Parents/guardians are expected to pick up their child promptly at the conclusion of the scheduled sports program. If your child requires supervision before or after sports programming, enrollment in the LEAP Academy after-school program is required.
